2. Fill out the application form and forward it to us
- Fill in all the required entries
- Forward the filled out form to us by either e-mailing it as an
attachement to the mail or by fax. Mail address is takehara@translators.jp

3. Mail the certified duplicate of the Korean Family
Register under separate cover to:

4. Checking the draft translated document
Before we mail you the final translation
product, we
will
send you the
draft document either by way of e-mail or fax for you
to check the translation. Please let us know your feedback.
If the draft is satisfactory, we will mail the whole
documentation together, original Korean Family Register, Japanese (or
English if so ordered) translated document and a certificate of
translation.
5. Receiving the delivery.
You will recieve the delivery that we mailed by small
parcel post (EX Pack).
6. Payment
We request your prompt payment as soon as you receive
the translation product. Please make a bank deposit immediately
following the payment instruction given in the delivery docket. The
customer is responsible for deposit charges.
